It has been a process. We re-designed our logo/brand and created a website. Wanted to share it with you all. I am happy with it. I particularly like that my Instagram feed goes directly to the front page.

Very nice, I like the instagram connection as well. I am still learning about Instagram but feel it’s the right direction.

Without any SAV America for sale on your website how do you plan to make it in the registered business? That's a very nice website by the way.

I got 27 straws in my tank and I haven’t used a single one. A customer flushed to him. Did flush to Supercharger. But did so because I live his phenotype.

Very nice, I like the instagram connection as well. I am still learning about Instagram but feel it’s the right direction. Gizmom It’s fun. I don’t go wild on the instagram but love reaching an audience I wouldn’t otherwise reach. I can do hashtags and it will show up in others feeds if they follow that hashtag. I.E. #cattleranch I LOVE following that one. I like that I can choose which content I want published to Facebook from it also. So it’s not always a duplication and people aren’t always seeing the SAME content if they happen to follow both. My Instagram being used on our site, leads one to believe that it’s consistently being updated, although we haven’t touched it.

Any possibility to give me/us a quick learning post on instagram? Thanks. I would, if I felt I would be able to convey it properly without adding more confusion.
I learned in a marketing class I took last spring that Instagram is actually more of a marketing tool than FB. It surprised me greatly. Because I myself, even at my age... didn't really use it for my own personal use. I did a lot when I was promoting my venue in Texas... We had various country artists and I'd do some backstage/onstage photography to promote them for ticket sales. But once I relocated back to Nebraska, I had no use for it.
I'd recommend having someone personally walk you through it. It's relatively easy once you've done it a few times. Hashtags help you reach a greater audience than your own followers. I am experimenting a little and since it is a business page, I can see what kind of "reach" each post has much like my Business FB page. I am looking at those reaches and comparing hashtags.
My Instagram, I like using it to really just promote farm life. Not necessarily a young bull.

Looks like a well thought out and easy to navigate site. I love hearing that because we wanted to keep it simple to navigate. We had our parents in mind when building it.

www.doddscattle.com Very nice web site! I recall you also had a RA program. Is that still the case?

Enjoyed visiting your site. I really like you're ideas on selling commercial bulls. They would be the first pen I would want to look at.

www.doddscattle.com Very nice web site! I recall you also had a RA program. Is that still the case? Our Red Angus is our fall herd. We usually just turn a bull out. Don’t set them up for AI like our spring herd. We’d like to slowly split our calving, so we put Embryos in them this year from our PB black angus. It’s much harder for us to sell fats from fall for reasonable price. We like to hit the April market. Our reds are so gentle and make good mommas.
