I do like an 1100. Have a LT 20 that's a neat little 1100.

I carry a S&W 642 every day. Hate how it shoots but carrys great. Glock model 20 10mm and a Taurus 8.5" 44mag for bear hunting.

My favorite two would be a Savage 17HMR with a stainless barrel and a laminated thumbhole stock and a Savage 204 that’s set up the same way. Really like those two calibers for prairie dogs and coyotes. Most of the deer and elk I’ve shot have been with a 30-06. I’d like to try a 270 WSM.

Savage 110 22-250 and Citori White Lighting 20ga.
If you're looking for a rifle in the $500-$700 range Savage is about the best guns you can buy.

I have an older Ruger 77 in 7x57 that has become my go to deer rifle. Daughter borrowed it last year to shoot a deer. She figured she could use it again this year. I bought her a 7mm08 so she wouldn't be trying to make off with my favorite gun. The only pistol I own is a H&R 22 revolver. It is loaded with snake shot.

My new carry and nightstand gun. Fits in my pocket great and shoots lights out at 15 yards. It holds 10 rounds in the clip and the grip is big enough to fit my hands, and I believe that's the reason I shoot it so good.

Can’t go wrong with a Glock. Fun, functional and most importantly reliable. I have 2 in .40 love em.
Ruger in .480 when you gotta get serious with a handgun.
Ruger m77 in 30-06 is my go to using rifle
