You ever watch cows in the morning, when the sun has just been up an hour or so? Seen mine do this lots of times...split into 2 groups, one group facing the other and just stand there for an hour or so staring at each other and barely moving. It's like the gunfight at the end of The Good the Bad and the Ugly...Why?  |

The ones on the left always vote to go stand at the trough... Damnedest thing |

Winter time they are looking for handouts then spring comes and grass starts growing they decide they don’t want those handouts near as much. |

Mine stand staring at the house. I think they are wondering if I am going to feed them now or after I have breakfast. And I am never sure of the answer to that question myself.

At least they're standing. There's nothing worse than seeing a cow/calf/bull full out on its side. 99.9% of the time they're just totally enjoying the sun and usually passed out in a deep sleep. But there's always that .01% and it always scares the bejesus outta me.

haha.. nice shot nesikep.
I have one cow that can see me inside the house.. she is always lookin at me. the rest don't ever seem to look inside. she's on it too.. as soon as a light comes on or if i'm runnin a little slow.. she's at the fence starring in.. I'm like.. ahh.. I better get out there!
