So where does liver fit on the carnivore diet? I love liver and have been eating my share of it for the last few days. Of course I loaded it with onions. I have been alternating it with ground beef. My Lab reports come back with good red blood cell and white blood cell. Blood sugar at 89 and it was a non fasting deal as I forgot. Only had a cup of coffee with Stevia and Coffee Mate. But cholesterol was at 203. I suppose liver will kick that up there pretty high. It said to watch the fats in my diet, which I though I did, but guess the last week or so I have been slack. Time to go see how the animals are doing with the ice storm going on. I think you're alright as long as you eat the liver raw and ditch the CoffeeMate. HAHA.

That is odd about Cholesterol. There I am eating liver like it is a favorite vegetable, and eating scrambled eggs for breakfast. The dogs like it too. Notice that the bird and the cat don't care that much for it. Don't know what their hang up is. The bird would not eat the liver either. Such picky animals. Funny how the older you get the effect of it is less important.

I agree with that chart. The cholesterol racquet is to get you on one of the statin drugs.
There's data on heart disease per county with cholesterol and diet. Beef eating countries with moderately elevated cholesterol levels overall have less heart disease.
I can promise you all the seed oils and margarine are causing far greater harm.
Animal fat is healthier. We started upside down when a vegetarian heading the FDA decades ago started manipulating information and the food pyramid.

This is 100% correct. I know a study of 1 doesn't mean anything. But a lady I know was a marathon runner, body fat negative if you ask me, and a big time vegan. She ended up with a heart attack and stents placed when she was late 30's and breast cancer about 6 or 7 years later. It's been well documented.

Look at this. This guy has reach.
Remember when President Trump went to China's Forbidden City and ate steak? I've been trying to build up ever since. It was beyond a shadow of a doubt, a message to the world.
As this type of information gains traction, we're going to see interest in beef skyrocket.

I've actually thought and wondered a lot about that over the years. Linda McCartney comes to mind.

The checkoff has always been a money siphon. National Cattleman's Association has been controlled as well.
