CBD oil

I agree that it does work. Both of my knees are bad, with the right one being worse. I use it from time to time.

Okay, I need some help. I tried CBD capsules and didn't find any relief. A friends dad had started taking them and had great results. So, would someone on here that is using it, please tell me exactly what they are using, capsules and or cream/lotion... and where they are getting it. You can do it as a private message or even e-mail me; farmerjan70@hotmail.com. I am more than willing to try again but haven't seen the results they were talking about.
For the record, I don't smoke and never did drugs as a kid/teen/young adult. Drink next to nothing except a little amaretto in my hot choc to get a good nights sleep on a cold winter's night.... or a very few times a year drink of alcohol. Just not into it. I saw too many jerks getting drunk all the years I cocktail waitressed so just don't see the point. To each his own though. I really am aching in the knees and shoulder, but don't want to do more replacements yet. The ankle is coming along well, but it is a long recovery for that. Luckily not real painful, just some aching and continued numbness from the block that they said can last 6 months or more. It is slowly gaining feeling so that is good.
Reading about the ones who are rubbing it into the joints sounds like it might be as good as or even better for me.....
