Whats the best approach? Im only doing strips for dove. Mow it, spread it, drag it in?

It just needs to get ground contact. Spread it , then a scratch harrow or straight disk

Sept 1. Tennessee has some funny laws about baiting vs planting. The mix I got isnt just millet and has an 80 day average maturity
