I'm not voting because my pick is not listed, and I'm not even sure it can be implemented. I want just two rankings: Member and Mentor. I think when a person gets to a certain number of thumbs up's from the members they should be increased to the rank of Mentor. To do this you would have to limit the reasons that thumbs button could be used or counted. The helpful posts should be eligible for a thumbs click but a joke or something not cattle related shouldn't be. I think of this as if I'm reading I would know that a certain member gives consistent reliable information. This!! |

I'm a staff member and I don't want staff members picking a status for me! Have y'all looked at who's on staff? The only reason I'd vote for that is to pick names for Deepsouth and change them every few days.

I cannot limit the thumbs up to specific thread. However I have take the post count away on bs and a couple other sub boards. I think most people know who is making good useful post but we have to have current events and bs or people will get bored. |
