Forgot to take a picture before I started eating. Don’t be jealous of my fine china. .

I can't get that much okra together at once this year so I'm envious. I'm also envious of the hot dog. I ran out of meat that's not frozen and enough for a family a few days ago. I pick the kids up to tomorrow so it's time to make the bi-monthly grocery store trip and thaw something to go with it. What I lack in Okra I make up for with corn.

Okra is doing well finally after it quit raining and for the first time ever I’ve got a good tomato crop. The odd thing is the squash and zucchini aren’t growing. Normally by this time of year I have more than I can eat and give away.

Didn't care for okra until my 20's, then couldn't get enough. Haven't met one since I didn't like.

You can also grease your spider put okra in and stick in oven at 400 45min to hour it will be crispy just like stir fry. I sprinkle a little cornmeal on it and it too and mix it up.

You may know but, when you cut okra, cut the limb off directly under where the pod is. Multi purpose benefit, that limb if left, will no longer produce okra so all it does is rob energy from the plant. Also, when the plant gets taller, those limbs won't be in the way.
