Around 5pm a couple days ago, I was at sister's and the weather was on TV. On the 'feels like' map, it said where I live in Cleveland Tx was 113°F. Downtown Houston with all it's pavement and concrete was only 101°F.
It was still pushing 90 on my porch thermometer around 10pm last night.
