We're getting a much needed rain. Temp dropped 21 degrees in an hour. We're in fire danger but have been extremely lucky.

When y'all get through with it send it this way. Wish I could send some your way, we got 13" the last week. Big Bend area got close to 30". Yesterday I didn't have to use 4 wheel drive to get to the farm, first time all week. I joke about being wet here but, all jokes aside yesterday I saw a buzzard flying over the pasture and his shadow got stuck in the mud. |

Anyone that needs it can come get some of mine. We've had over ten inches in the past 48 hours. I say over because we were at ten when I left for church and when I left it was just starting again and by the time I got home(maybe five miles) it was flooding the road and I was down to about ten miles an hour. I haven't looked to see how much we got out of that deal.

We got .2 last evening. That has us up to .5 inches over the last 50 days with 32 days over 100 degrees. Been a pretty mild summer so far.

I am in the miss pocket of hit and miss rain this year. Liked to drown six months ago, scared to mow weeds now. Shade from the damn pigweed is only break from the sun the grass gets. This to shall pass just hope it passes soon.

Finally got a decent amount of rain last night. Got an inch. 2 miles any direction around me got 3 inches
