When I saw the news about the Brazilian bribes a while back, I figured that was a start to access their finances, as the discovery likely became public, Brazil may have requested US assistance from discovery here, or the US friendly Brazilian government shared evidence of malfeasance they found and the cases get built from there. Following the finances is how people go to jail and the manipulation gets exposed. |
