thing is nice.. figured it'd save flooding the septic so much..
well.. I have a standard washer/dryer area.. now you can't open one or the other depending on how you set them. GREAT!
So now I have a few options.. 1.. take it back and get a top load machine...
or 2.. bust out one side and re drywall.. paint.. and fix the flooring.. (I have some flooring still saved I can use)
oh boy... i like option 1... but will probably do 2 as it was kinda tight in there anyway with the old setup.

Do they even make a top load anymore with an agitor? We have one of each. The front load does a lot better job cleaning work clothes and heavy coveralls, but smells sour if you leave the door shut too long.

i had it flooding out my old place on the ground and hated the smell and it always being wet in that area.
I'm on the phone with lowes now i'm just gonna switch it out.. hahahha fvck all that work

We have a Kenmore and they are not like older washing machines but it does have a agitator and it cleans good. I get asked all the time how one human being can get so dirty. She orders castel (sp) soap off the internet and swears by it.

She orders castel (sp) soap off the internet and swears by it. M-5, Please ask your wife what is the brand name of the Castile soap she purchases, and how much does she use when she washes clothes. I have been making my own laundry detergent, and it works great. But I am open to trying something new as making the soap is a chore. |

I have been making my own laundry detergent, and it works great. But I am open to trying something new as making the soap is a chore.  Here is what she uses. She adds a couple cap fulls per load. She uses gain liquid as primary laundry detergent and the Castile as additional . On grease stains on my clothes she just add a drop or too and then scrubs with a brush before the wash. |

I can attest to the cleanliness of the clothes that Dash wears. I met up with him a few weeks back, he was wearing what looked like 10 year old overalls, they were spotless. So, either Mrs Dash knows how to wash clothes or Dash doesn't do near the work he says he does. Y'all decide.
