I've probably passed under this a dozen or more times in the last month and just never noticed it barely hanging up there..
other end:
Looks like it has been hit by lightning a long time ago and finally let go and got snagged in another tree across the roadway on the wing dam. I drive or ride down thru this opening and between these almost every day.
