I guess if you worked in a shoe shop you would be familiar with it. It's a shoe stretcher for people that have bunions. Unless the post where I saw it hadn't told what it was I'd still be scratching my head.

Wife used to work in a boot shop out in San Angelo. Maybe i saw one in there. Maybe it just resembles something else I've seen.
