The lady that posted that is a very sharp lady. I'll post an article based on her work in the political section. I've followed her a long time and interacted a little. She's a pretty straight arrow. So if she says she saw it, I'd be prone to believe it. Ran across that news video on her twitter page.
You seem to keep up with the natural events, wondered if you or anyone else saw anything on this?

I've not seen anything exactly like that but have heard of them. There's a name for it, but I can't recall it. Iridescent cloud of some kind.
Certainly unusual. Probably looks better to most people than to me. I'm partially colorblind.

I’ve never seen nothing like that, but have heard some of the old timers talk of something they called a sun dog.
