It sure can't hurt anything and the consumer has the right to know what country their groceries come from.

I think at the very least the consumer needs to know what country the business activity took place in, where the jobs were created, and where the taxes were paid. NCBA types can argue all day about the beef is beef and it's all expense and no benefit argument, and then the Meat Export Federation arm goes overseas and promotes US raised beef and it's many benefits. Hypocrites.
