got about 20 acres seeded that i cleared last year.. had some wheat from last fall growing that should be a good nurse crop
next day hit the whole farm with a bunch of NPK ...
just in time woke up to rain!

it was a gamble as they were calling for a 50% chance and then sunny the rest of the week.
now we got more rain for longer than predicted. now a 60% chance of T-storms on tuesday and cloudy the rest of the week. doubt it will dry out again for a while but possibly next weekend. you usually get 1 early chance if you're lucky here and i always take it.

well.. that was my only chance to do anything so far this year.. glad I took it.. a lot of guys didn't b/c the weather people were saying it was going to be clear ALL WEEK! NOT THE CASE AT ALL!!
ended up freezing 3-4 times.. and rain rain rain.. got the seed in perfect. a bunch of it is around 3" sprouted ..
nice!
