If anyone received a stimulus check, it will not be taxed. But if you are getting back anything the following year, the stimulus check is a refund a head of time. So, if you were getting back $1200 for 2020, that amount will not be refunded to you as you received it early.
I looked to see if we would need to report a stimulus check as income and this info was included.
