Kewanee Disc

Got an old Kewanee leveling disc. Don't have a whole lot tied up in it. Last year I had a bearing go out, found a replacement for less than 30 bucks. Had another go out this year. Pulled the gang off and took the bearing housing off. Wound up busting the housing trying to get the bearing out. Can't find anything that will match up within my price range. So I decided to replace the bad bearing with a spool. That gang will only have  2 bearings instead of three.

It's hopefully a cheap fix that will get me by until I can do better. It's only pulled through turned ground, no rocks roots or such. Any thoughts on how well it will hold up?
