These are the bulls we are using this year. The Hereford is a registered bull that we just weaned his first calves off the cows. Honestly haven’t been too happy with him as an individual until this summer, but he has a great disposition and we really like his calves.
The BWF is a 15 month old home raised 3/4 Angus 1/4 Hereford. The Angus is a year old purebred. He was recently turned out in the field with the BWF bull. Not the best pictures but hard to get as the cattle are pretty much piled up in the shade lately when checking them. The cows rarely come up in the summer so when they do I throw out a couple buckets of feed.
