I see Omaha Steak advertising on commercials all the time. I have smelled of them before, and I must say that the look of the streak and the smell, I had to pass. I like for my steak to have a light red color, almost pink, as it seems to be the most tender, with the marbling of course. For some reason when the meat is really red, the meat has an off flavor as if the animal may have been running fever. Not sure what they pack the Omaha Steaks in, but I wonder if they are covering up a smell.
They advertise those great Omaha Steak burgers and chicken to go along with it. No thank you!! Do many of you eat these steaks and find them to be all that they advertise? When I used to deliver, I am not sure if I remember ever delivering any to a house before or not. Maybe I just got hold of a bad batch.

The dark colored juice smells as if the meat has thawed out for a few days before it was supposed to. It just smells ruined.
