The nice green field is brown top millet. Young bull elk Wild hog making a run for it. A bluff locally know as the Nar's. It seperates the Buffalo River from the Richland Creek vally. Its only a couple of feet wide in spots.

Hope that pig didn't make it too far. Have I mentioned I hate a damn pig?

I will try and find some more from work. We have some impressive native warm season grass fields down there. 3LT i don't about him but AGF is dam hard on hog down there. Between trap and thermal they screw them up.

So I rolled a little hay today. Raked and rolled 45 5x5 on a open station tractor by myself. I saw some deer and some cows. Pigs are around but I didn't see. Certainly didn't see any bull elk. That's because this is Texas. If you where to turn a bull elk loose. He wouldn't get anywhere before some redneck shot him. Strapped him to the hood of his truck and hauled him into town to dress him in the Whataburger parking lot... Next day every redneck that had been to Whataburger ( all of them)...would be in their deerstand. Way up in a tall tree, 6-7' off the ground. With his granddaddys model 70.. Elk just couldn't make it here. Can't handle the environment.
