Iβve eaten them fried and they are ok. Donβt particularly care for fish or seafood. Rather eat beef, pork or chicken.

Dang....tough room. I'm just kidding. It'd be too much work to change the vetting process. You are safe.

Are we talking beach oysters or the Rocky Mountain variety? I like them both. But don't eat the Rocky Mountain ones raw.

Speaking of rocky mountain oysters, me and DW were cutting a bunch of calves last year. He was just slinging the nuts over his shoulder into the edge of the neighbors yard which is right by my catch pen. The neighbor has about 3 or 4 dogs that are house dogs, but he lets em out in the afternoon. Them dogs ate about 20 sets of nuts that afternoon. The next day the neighbor told me that he thought his dogs had gotten into something that made them sick, I asked him why he thought that. He said he woke up about three o'clock in the morning and he smelled dog shit, he said everyone of his dogs had shit at least 3 or 4 times each all over his house. πππππ It was very difficult to keep a straight face. ππππππ

A of mine had one and her dog got sick and puked and shit one night and the vacuum scattered it all over the house.

Pigβs beat calves any day, but I like RMβs if fixed right. They are more difficult to fry to suit me than pigβs

I was over in Vale, Oregon yesterday. I had lunch at a place on the main drag through town. Calf fries (mountain oysters) were on the menu. I had a burger. Don't know the source, age, or handling the oysters so I passed.
