I’m going to buy one to fry okra and fish.
Anyone have a recommendation?

Cross, We own the Power XL 5.3 qt. but if I were going to buy another it would be one of those larger oven types where they are more versatile. As far as breaded okra everyone I've read said it turned out to be a fail. There are a few Facebook pages on air fryers and if you do FB I'd join one of those.

Basically a small convection oven. Small size let’s it heat up a lot faster Great for rewarming fried foods... crisps onion ring right back up. Can do chicken winds in half the time as a conventional oven. I’ve cooked steak in it. Worked like a broiler. Didn’t think we would ever use it when we got it but we use it so warm stuff up all the time.

Burgers didn't turn out too good. Onion rings and mozzarella sticks come out good. Makes breaded chicken strips more edible. The one we got is too small.

We bought a small one to try and glad we did, doesn't take up much room on the back shelf. Frying anything in oil comes out tasting way better IMO.
