Tonights grub these have a little different flavor im shooting for. Seasoned ground beef with home made jerk (by far the best ive found ) seasoning diethood.com/homemade-jamaican-jerk-seasoning/mix with zatarans or flavored rice a roni. Stuff the peppers with the rice/beef mix and top with mozzarella or grated parm. Sprinkle more jerk seasoning on top the cheese and top with a basil leaf. Muffin tins work great to hold them upright. Bake for 20-30 minutes

That’s looks good !
I like to use poblano peppers. I use cooked breakfast sausage with cream cheese, little cheddar, a little bit of diced onions. Season it with SPG and stuff the pepper. Put it on the the grill till the pepper is soft and roasted.
I’m going to have to try the zatarains, that may be a game changer

Hook this looks like it would be good with your recipe but with the zatarains instead of the vegetarian beans

Idk it’s gone. It was what’s his name on the tv show project smoke stuffing peppers and cooking them in a electric smoker
