Made a triple batch of gumbo with shrimp, chicken, andouille today. Then grilled some pork chops from the hogs we just took in last week.

 sausage, onions 3 kinds of sweet peppers and chicken to go in the gumbo pot beside it. Chicken was already in the pot. It was good but didn't really have enough roux to make it better. |
