That’d be my guess too All the squash and zucchini and one tomato plant died. Other tomato plants seem fine and okra is unaffected I think it’s the soil

I don't grow a garden as the husband doesn't like green things other than green beans cooked with bacon grease, sugar and red pepper. He will not eat tomatoes, onions unless I cook them in the dish, and forget all the rest. The last time I had tomatoes and they begin to rot on the end, I applied calcium and Epsom salts. The magnesium deficiency really does a number on plants. I use Epsom salts on my ferns on the front porch, and they really keep popping up new fronds. I can fertilize them but without the magnesium, they just seem to sit there.
