I'm surprised he could sell such a huge amount of grain and it was never detected. I haul non-gmo corn all the time which is even less strict regulations than 'organic' and almost every load is tested. When my boss first switched to non-gmo it took 2 years before every load we hauled tested negative for gmo. Basically I'm saying it's pretty easy to test for.
