I love cajun food. I always like to cook a large amount that we can eat for left overs for a few days. Things like Cajun and Mexican food get better the longer it sets. I am glad that my husband loves left overs too.

I love the stuff, too. If you don't already know about it there's a Facebook page that shares recipes. The owner is a little unhinged at times, but the recipes look great. |
