Lol, the swamp is trying to find a way out.
If House doesn't vote to impeach, the dems are admitting they were completely wrong.
If they vote to impeach, President Trump is waiting on the other side to bury them with witnesses and he will crucify the Bidens, Pelosi, McCaine, Kerry and Hillary who were all dealing in Ukraine.
So how might they proceed? Rino's might help them out, Lol...
'End this': Republicans poised to call no witnesses during Trump impeachment trial in Senate

So if the President were removed from office with out being charged with a crime could he still run for president in the upcoming election? If he were reelected would he be able to run in 2024 because he didn't serve 2 terms?

Randy, I think the answer to that is kinda like asking what the constitution says about right to bear arms. Do you look at it and read the plain English as written, or do you let a bunch of bureaucrats read it for you and then use 1000 more words to explain "what it really means" which ends up with a ban on carrying without a permit by the state, on down to how many bullets it can hold or can it look intimidating.
That's a hell of an interpretation from "Shall not be infringed upon."
Plain English can be found in the constitution. The interpretation for the most part looks like the attached.
