The kind for cooking grub. My small one took a dump, and I despise (actually hate) the square propane ones. The big one is too big for simple ribs or a butt. Ive been looking at the traegar smokers real hard, but at almost 1k i had a hard time pulling the trigger. instead I found a pellet smoker that has floored me in its performance. Electric heat, simple operation and makes incredible food. Its called Trail Embers. The metal chamber is pretty heavy guage, it automatically feeds the pellets and maintains the temp. If it holds up over time, I will be incredibly impressed. Even the reviews online are comparing to to the traeger smokers, at 1/3 the cost. Just throwing this out there, im case anyone is as vested in smoking quality food on a budget like I am.

Dang it. I was ready to go grab an Onyx reserve #4 and stink the whole house up. Glad you're talking food. I haven't had a cigar in months so they're probably drier than a popcorn fart by now.

For cigars, go to www.bestcigars.com and get a bag of their trader jack cigars. Thank me later. About 1.25/stick.

I don't smoke one very often but I like Onyx Reserve #4 and a few select others. I'd rather go without than have one I don't love.

I've got several different smokers, if I had to get rid of all of em but one, I'd keep the Traeger. I traded an ol' Ruger Blackhawk in 44 Mag for a brand new one about 5 or 6 years ago, that dude got screwed.

This one is as good, if it holds up like they do

I have a green mountain smoker and the tailgater. Using tailgater this weekend and I think everyone else who joined us over the holiday is wishing to get one as well.
We always smoke our meat. Heck, I’ve made French toast and eggs on it.

Wouldn't mind checking it out.

I use a komado style grill, like the green egg ones. Mine is an Akorn from Lowe's. It's a fantastic grill/smoker. While it's the size of a regular BBQ grill it does actually cook a lot and maintains temps well.
