The sauce is easy 1 tbsp ketchup 1 tbsp honey mustard 2 tbsp mayo 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 jalepeno minced

Sometimes I like lots of blended seasoning, but others, I just want to taste to unadulterated taste of the ground beef. Hook..you say 'mayo'... I guess you don't mean Miracle Whip? You use ground chuck 80/20 or 75/25 regular grind?

I find smoking burger gets it too done. They should bleed when you cut them .

Gb, usually we use ground chuck. And I used miracle whip, but the recipe calls for mayo. M5, it was plenty juicy. Smoked at 180 for an hour, then turned up to 375 for 10-15 minutes

I watched the Dash eat a steak one time, I think the cook showed his steak a picture of a grill. Rawest piece of meat I've ever seen consumed by an individual.
