I know zero about Pieds but he's gorgeous! EPD's? Yes, there are EPD's, but they are what you know, American. Crazy, but I only know the Italian EPD'S. This is the first American Piedmontese I've considered. I'll have to see if I can get them on here. |

I think if he adds the depth he shows and extra bone he is a herd improver .. That bone and middle is what threw me. Had to check a couple of sources to make sure he was 100% Pied. But, then again, the American breeders are trying to turn these into something other than what Europe is breeding. |

That bull will move the breed way ahead here in the US. Need that extra depth and spring of rib to be able to eat enough rough forage to survive in some places.

Went ahead and pulled the trigger on 10 straws and by the sound of it I was pretty lucky that he had some to sell. Pretty sure there will be an abundance of calves coming soon.

Tater, I'm only breeding 100% Piedmontese now. I have crossed them and they didn't sell well here.
